Please note that Weather is not available in Wizz RSS Lite.
The weather information is pretty rudimentary and isn't supposed to compete with other add-ons that are dedicated to providing detailed weather information.
When first opened, the weather window will, by default (Only because it happens to be first alphabetically and not because I'm a Taliban sympathizer, as some bonehead rednecks have suggested) select Afghanistan. To view weather information in your area of interest, first select a country and then the nearest location.
Every time the weather window is opened, it will query the server for fresh information. If any fresh information is available, it will be displayed. If you'd like to leave the weather window open and manually query the server for fresh information, you can do so by clicking the Refresh button.
All of the weather information is powered by an instance of PHP Weather that runs on the Wizz server. You can get more information about PHP Weather here.

I am not responsible for the development of PHP Weather. It is a third party product which is simply installed on the Wizz Server. I'm not responsible for any spelling mistakes. I'm not responsible for the language translations, nor am I responsible for the inaccuracy of the data. Please don't send feedback complaining about the fact that there is no weather data for your country, or for the town where you live. There is nothing I can do about it.
