According the "security experts" at Mozilla (if they can be trusted or believed), the security vulnerabilities in nsIScriptableUnescapeHTML.parseFragment() have been fixed in Firefox 4.0. If this is in fact so, it means that Wizz RSS 4.0.1.0 is also secure. However, if you happen to suffer any malicious attacks through Wizz RSS, please take up your case with the "security experts" at Mozilla.
